Emily was a PhD graduate living in Cornwall, who had always planned to move back to the city to improve her employment prospects but fell in love and wanted to stay here. Her crippling fear of speaking in public was hindering her chances of getting work

Emily had limiting beliefs around her talent and capability after overbearing parents made her feel as if nothing she did was good enough
Her inner critical voice was rampant doing summersaults when she was trying to sleep
Hear fear f feedback from her peers was preventing her from publishing her expertise and she was stuck in a dead-end job
She had big dreams of making a difference in the world but was playing small
At the end of the program, this is what she said I joined “You Unlimited”with Kaidi roughly once a month for a year and I can honestly say it was transformative. I started because I had a big professional development opportunity (a PhD ) however my lack of confidence was preventing me from progressing. The skills I learned from coaching really changed the relationship I have with my thought processes, enabling me to better identify negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, then develop healthier mental habits. The impact has been striking. I now take on more ambitious challenges and have better ways to cope with, and learn from, failure. I have also developed much more of an independent voice. The cherry on the cake is that I've started saying yes to opportunities I previously would never have considered - e.g. being interviewed on TV about my research. Without Kaidi's support and skills I would not have made this kind of personal progress and my research would be much less impactful. Thank you and I cannot recommend Kaidi enough”.

Niamh's story

She was working for a Manager but felt unable to progress her career. She was working endlessly and not being recognised and felt she lacked the confidence to reach her potential. After an initial discussion, we started coaching together and then she joined the “You Unlimited” program.
Niamh struggled with negative feedback from the past, making her afraid to speak up.
She lacked the networking skills to move into a new role.
She felt fear of the future that she wasn’t going to achieve what she was capable of
She had a lot of family drama and crisis, keeping her feeling small and afraid of standing out.
We worked through taking leaps, networking on LinkedIn, leaving old school habits behind, and managing her inner critic along with the program sessions during the program.
Here’s what she said about her experience.
"I first went looking for Life Coaching as I felt an imbalance in my life and couldn't see the wood for the trees. I was running on adrenaline and couldn't find any rationale.
Coaching from Kaidi and the You Unlimited tools have changed my life. I now have the tools I need to cope with difficult situations and can recognise triggers and equip myself to deal with them before they spiral out of control. The program challenged me when I needed it and supported me when I struggled, always helping me get where I needed to be. Tools that will work for me for life.
I have always been confident, but now I feel empowered and capable. I have pushed myself to achieve goals I would have shied away from before and have rebuilt relationships I thought were long dead.
Kaidi has a knack of knowing what you need, when you need it, even if you can't articulate it yourself - magical !"

She worked for a charity and wanted to make a difference but felt trapped. She was stuck in a job where she felt unable to influence decisions, get herself heard, or be acknowledged for her value and strengths. After an initial discussion, we identified the “You Unlimited” program would support her to reach her goals.

Jess was afraid to challenge the status quo, unsure of the next steps in her career with people-pleasing.
She worked for a charity and wanted to make a difference but felt trapped and new she had self-sabotage going on in her head.
She felt belittled and undermined by a boss with a huge personality who didn’t listen.
Fear of stepping out of line kept her playing small in her life, not believing there was an alternative.
This is her review at the end of the program.
During the program, we worked through trust issues, limiting beliefs from her childhood, that she would fail at whatever she did and managing fear of stepping out of her comfort zone.
At the end of the program, this is what she said:
"I wasn't sure that I wanted coaching as it felt a little scary, but I was encouraged to give it a try by my manager. I knew that Kaidi and I would be a good fit from the first phone call when I tentatively called to see if we would get on. She made me feel comfortable, and I felt like she already understood me a little, even from that short chat. At the start of the You Unlimited program, Kaidi got to know me better by asking lots amount me (and setting helpful exercises to do at home), including finding out about my values and my dreams. She also found out some of the issues I was having, such as people-pleasing and self-sabotage, that were stopping me (and others) from taking me seriously sometimes. An example of one of the challenges Kaidi set me was to stop apologising to people (particularly at work and especially in emails), and I found this to be a revelation that had a surprising impact on my confidence and how I came across. It was a small change, but it led to more significant changes at work where I now feel that I can have real influence. As I got to know myself better, I understood that I had been neglecting my creative side, and Kaidi encouraged me to bring this out. I kept back the creativity, thinking that it was self-indulgent and that I would never succeed anyway. She made me see that I could succeed if I set myself some realistic targets and that many people do achieve their dreams, and why should I not give it my best shot? I am really grateful to Kaidi for her encouragement and helping me develop both at work and in my wider life. I am excited to keep in touch and let her know how I progress!
Her later email confirmed she has started writing her book to help women who are being abused.

Kaidi is a generous, thought-provoking, and transformative coach.  She immediately established a relationship of trust that allowed me to access the deep (and sometimes dark at the time) places within me, resulting in powerful learnings and resilient, lasting choices.  As a result of our time, I am now the architect of my own life and how I experience it.  Within our coaching relationship, I deepened my understanding of who I am as a leader and further embraced my own style as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, left that company on a high note and started my own successful business, and now live a fulfilling life as a fully present mom, wife, leader, wife, and friend.  It's the greatest investment of time and money I have ever given to not only myself -  but to my teams, my family, and my friends.
